In order to transfer funds from your bank account to your trading account online you will need to follow the below steps: Enter your login credentials and select the option 'Accounts' in your account. Enter the amount you need to transfer to your Trading account. Select the Bank from which you wish to transfer the funds. Enter the Trading password and Click on 'Move Cash'. You will be directed to your bank website wherein you will need to enter your bank id and password .The system will ask you for a confirmation for the funds transfer transaction. Post confirming the request your funds would be credited to your Trading account instantly. Note: Sharekhan has a tie-up with 13 banks for online transfer of funds. These banks are Axis Bank, Bank of India, Deutsche Bank, Federal Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, Indusind Bank,Kotak Mahindra Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, State Bank of India, Union Bank of India, YES Bank.

You can transfer funds using your existing bank account to you sharekhan trading account using NEFT/RTGS facility by following the below steps: Step 1 : LOGIN to your linked bank account Step 2 : Register Sharekhan YES Bank Account as Payee details. Account information Equity Beneficiary Name 'Sharekhan Limited' Beneficiary Account no. (of Sharekhan) 9035S2k Id& S2k ID & Bank Name Yes Bank Yes Bank IFSC Code YESB0CMSNOC Note : 1. Beneficiary Account no. (of Sharekhan) is the combination of a 4 digit number and your S2kID. 2. S2k ID : for individual trading account is displayed on www.sharekhan.com > Accounts . Click here Click here for further details.
Example : If S2K ID for Equity is W143885, then so Beneficiary Account no. (of Sharekhan) for will be 9035W143885 3. Every customer will have different Beneficiary Account no. (of Sharekhan). Step 3 : In your Net Banking Interface, find 'Fund Transfer to Other Bank' and do the RTGS/NEFT transfer. To transfer funds Register Sharekhan as beneficiary (payee) in yoru net banking portal.

The bank account details given below, pls note Beneficiary Account no. (of Sharekhan) is the combination of a Prefix and your Client Code.

Every customer will have a unique benificiary account no. (of sharekhan). 

As per our records your Client Code is W1234, your Beneficiary Account no. (of Sharekhan) for Equity/FNO transfers will be SHKEQTW1234, for Mutual fund will be SHKMFSW12344, for Currency fund will be SHKCURW1234 and Commodity will be SHKCOMW1234.

Yes, funds can be allocated from Equity to Commodity & Currency and vice versa. Enter your login credentials select the option Accounts click on Fund transfer enter the amount you want to allocate select the segment and allocate the funds.

The Allocate Funds is available till 1700 Hours & then during After Hour Order Placement Session. Click here to allocate funds now.

Enter your login credentials select the option Accounts click on Fund transfer.

Enter the amount you want to transfer, select the bank and then payment mode as 'UPI'.

Enter the UPI id and click on Transfer funds.

On the UPI app, enter the UPI PIN and approve the transfer.

Ensure to make the payment from the collect request only and not by initiating a new transfer to Sharekhan UPI ID from the UPI app. Click here to initate fund transfer now.

At times funds may not get credited to your trading account instantly due to either of the following reasons: Problem with the internet connectivity. Problem with the gateway during the transfer.

Funds transferred online to your trading account are credited instantly but there could be situations wherein the transaction may be unsuccessful due to internet / gateway connectivity issues which would lead to money getting debited from your bank account but not credited into your trading account. Reconciliation of unsuccessful transactions is done on an hourly basis and the amounts are credited based on the confirmation received from the bank.

Incase if you have funds in Trading account and wish to utilize the same for Mutual fund investment you can use the Allocate funds option available on Website. Alternatively, you may set the option Auto Sweep in your SIP or Flexi SIP. The said option would automatically transfer funds if available from Trading account to Mutual fund account for SIP installments.

Your withdrawal request will be fulfilled subject to availability of clear cash funds taking into consideration upcoming payment obligations .i.e. in case you have done a transaction and you have an obligation of payment which is higher than the clear cash available in your account, the withdrawal request placed by you will be rejected.

In order to check the status of your withdrawal you will need to check your account balance. In case your withdrawal is fulfilled it would be updated in the Ledger Summary as the amount withdrawn would be deducted from your cash balance. However, if your withdrawal is pending and not fulfilled it would reflect in your limit statement as 'Pending Withdrawal Request'.

All the payout request recieved are first approved by our risk team in order to check any future obligation/ pending orders if any. Note : 1. Request pending : Denotes pending for approval. 2. Request Cancelled : Denotes payout request cancelled. Please note, you may approach your branch / Customer Service in order to cancell any pending payout request before request is fulfilled. 3. Request Fulfilled : Denotes request is successfully processed from Sharekhan. 4. Request Rejecetd : Denotes payout request is rejected. Alternatively you may refer online ledger report in order to check withdrawal request status.
