MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY The main objects of the company as set out in the Memorandum of Association of the Company are as under: To, carry on the business as manufacturers, producers, processors, exporters, importers, traders, suppliers, stockists, dealers, consignors, consignees, factors, agents, whole sellers, retailers, manufacturers' representatives, packers and repackers and buyers and sellers of chemicals and compounds plaster, oils, paints, pigments and varnishes, dyeware paint and colour phosphatus, nitratres, caustic soda, chlorine products, iodine salts and minerals, organic and inorganic chemicals, heavy and light chemicals, aromatic chemicals, heat transfer fluid, perfumery chemicals, polymers and fine chemicals, petro chemicals, jellies and alkalies and acid, soaps, soap power and detergents, toilet goods, scents, attars, perfume flavours, fragrance, spirit pesticides, insecticides, essential oils, mahuwa flower, substances, chemical, compounds and elements of all kinds solid, liquid and gaseous, tanin, extracts, essences solvents plastic of all types, dyes, dyestuffs, intermediates textiles auxillaries, artificial silks ataple fibers and synthetic fibres of all kind types, regenerated and fibers and other material in raw, intermediate or manufactured state. The Company does not have any outstanding litigation and disputed tax liability of any nature which can affect the operation and finance of the company as on date. No criminal prosection had been launched against the Company and Directors for alleged offenses under the enactments specified in paragraph I of Part I Schedule XII of the Companies Act, 1956. 2007 -Company has designated following E-mail ID of the Company's grievance redressal service department exclusively for the purpose of registering complaints by Investors : Designated E-mail ID - grs@vikramthermo.com 2008 -The Company has recommended dividend on equity shares @ l5% on equity shares of Rs 10/- each amounting Rs 1.50/- per share 2009 -Shri.
