The issue was over subscribed by 2.3 times. - Further more, 7,50,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs 10 at par was reserved for the promoters of the Company and members of their family. - The Company has also entered the field of bill discounting for reputed companies. - Shri Binod Kumar Mehra and Shri Pramod Kumar Mehra, Directors of the Company retire by rotation and being eligible for re-appointment 1998 - Shri Ashok Kumar Bansal and Shri.
