The Company obtained certificate of Commencement of Business pursuant to Section 149(3) of the Companies Act, 195~from the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal and Chandigarh vide certificate dated 26.11.1980 .2008 -Company name has been changed from Satia Paper Mills Ltd to Satia Industries Ltd. 2021 -"Successful completion of New Paper Machine Project, Cutlery Machine, 14 MW Turbine and Pulp Mill Modification". -Satia Industries has been awarded an order worth Rs 70 crore from Maharashtra State Textbook Bureau for supply of 7000 MT paper at a very good realization. 2022 -'Sucessful Commissioning of Paper Machine 4 having installed capacity of 100000 TPA from February, 2022'. -Bestowed with IARPMA Award of Achievement 2022. 2023 -During the year CMD of Satia Industries ltd has received Life Time Achievement Award
