The Company was originally formed as a Partnership Firm under the Partnership Act, 1932 ("Partnership Firm") in the name and style of "Quality Foils" pursuant to Partnership deed dated October 03, 1989. Quality Foils was thereafter converted from Partnership Firm to a Private Company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with the name and style of "Quality Foils (India) Private Limited" and received a certificate of incorporation dated May 08, 1990 from the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.Further, the word "Private" has been deleted under section 43A(1A) of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1974 and the name was changed to "Quality Foils (India) Limited" under the seal of Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana dated August 08, 1993.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES OF THE COMPANY :1981- Started first factory under the Partnership Firm in the name and style of "Quality Foils" situated at 3, Industrial Development Colony, Hisar, Haryana-125005, India.1985- Received factory license from Haryana1990- Partnership Firm converted into Private Limited Company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956.2005-06- Crossed turnover of INR 50.00 crores2006-07- Crossed turnover of INR 100.00 crores2008- Launched a new product- Manufacturing of Flexible Hoses etc.2007- Implemented Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:20152014- Crossed turnover of INR 150.00 crores2016- Certified from BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) since 2016.2019- Used the product in Space Satellite. We supplied the Company's product `Stainless Steel Corrugated Flexible Hoses' to the premium customer ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation).
