Subsequently our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 11, 2024 and consequently the name of the Company was changed from `Purple United Sales Private Limited' to `Purple United Sales Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to public company dated June 20, 2024 by Registrar of Companies, Delhi, bearing Corporate Identity Number U51909DL2014PLC271636. Mr. Jatinder Dev Seth, Mrs. Bhawna Seth and Innovationm Mobile And Web Technologies Private Limited are the Promoters of our Company.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2014- Company Incorporation2015- Offline/Online Distribution in the Apparel & Bags Category2017- Purple United signed a licensing agreement with Disney and Mattel for kids' footwear2018- Distribution began for PAN India.
