Our Company subsequently acquired the entire running business on a going concern basis with the Assets and Liabilities of M/s Owais Ali Overseas, sole proprietorship concern of, Mr. Owais Ali vide Business Transfer Agreement dated June 15, 2023. Subsequently, pursuant to resolution of shareholders on August 17, 2023, our Company was converted to a public limited company and the name of our Company was further changed to "Owais Metal and Mineral Processing Limited". A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name was granted to our Company on September 14, 2023, by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior.
