The Company was incorporated as "One 97 Communications Private Limited", a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, with a certificate of incorporation issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana, at New Delhi on December 22, 2000.
