Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Jet Infraventure Private Limited` vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 30, 2010. Thereafter, our Company was converted into a public limited company and a Certificate of Incorporation Consequent upon Conversion to Public Limited dated August 19, 2014 was issued and the name of our Company was changed to =Jet Infraventure Limited`. corporate identity number is U45400MH2001PLC133483. Promoters are Rajul Shah, Pramoda Shah and Rajul Ramesh Shah HUF. Preethi Mattappilly and Pramoda Shah were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
