The EBITDAR margin fell to 19.7% from 21.1% in Q3FY2019 due to mark to market foreign exchange losses on operating leases, higher employee and maintenance costs. The company expects to complete modification of its Airbus A320neo engines by May end but expects a challenging Q4 due to lean season and coronavirus outbreak. The company guided for capacity growth of 20% in FY2021 which is lower than earlier guidance of 25% because of the reduced number of aircraft deliveries.

Pursuant to a special resolution of the shareholders of the Company on June 30, 2006, the Company was converted into a public company and the name of the Company was changed to "InterGlobe Aviation Limited" subsequent to which, a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana on August 11, 2006. the registered office was changed from the state of Uttar Pradesh to the National Capital Territory of Delhi on September 6, 2004 after the alteration was confirmed by the Company Law Board vide order dated September 1, 2004. the registered office was further changed within the National Capital Territory of Delhi from 66, Janpath, New Delhi - 110 001, India to Central Wing, Ground Floor, Thapar House, 124, Janpath, New Delhi - 110 001,India on October 1, 2006.
