PRESENT BUSINESS The Present business of the PHARMA OFFSET LTD. is manufacturing, processing, printing and packaging products carried on since its inception on 18/12/82. 2012 -Company has changed its name from Pharma Com (India) Ltd. to Count N Denier (India) Ltd. -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to to 22, Sharda Bhawan, Nanda Patkar Marg, Nehru Road, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai 400057 2015 - The company has changed its name from Count N Denier (India) Ltd. to Scandent Imaging Ltd. 2022 -Company name has changed to Family Care Hospitals Ltd. from Scandent Imaging Ltd.. 2023 The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 127:100 at a premium of Rs. 2 per share.
