Coral Newsprints Limited was incorporated as a public limited company on April 21, 1992 and certificate of commencement of business was received on June 23, 1992. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of Creamwove paper & Craft paper. The commercial production for phase I was commenced on July 22, 1994. In the current market scenario there is a large Demand-Supply gap in the Paper industry. Further, the total layout of the project is designed in such a manner that the balancing equipments for the Phase II can be installed at the integrated foundations without shifting of the existing machineries and it is possible to start the Phase II of the Project in short time. THE MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY To carry on the business of manufacturers, exporters, importers, suppliers and dealers in all kinds and classes of paper, board and pulp such as insulating paper and board, leather paper and board, writing paper, printing paper, absorbent paper, newsprint paper, wrapping paper, tissue paper, cover paper, blotting paper, antique paper, ivory finish paper, coated paper, art paper, bank or bond paper, badami brown or buff paper, bible paper, cartridge paper, cloth lined paper, azuralaid and wove paper, creamlaid and wove paper, grease proof paper, gummed paper, hand made paper, parchment paper, water proof paper, craft paper, manila paper, envelop paper, tracing paper, vellum paper, carbon paper, carbon less paper, sensitised paper, chemically treated paper, paste-board, duplex and triplex board, hard board, plywood board, post cards, visiting cards, soda pulp, mechanical pulp, sulphite pulp, semi chemical pulp and other allied products. PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY At present the Company is engaged in the manufacturing of Creamwove paper & Craft paper of different grammages at their existing factory located at Gajraula, Moradabad (U.P.). The Creamwove paper is used for writing and printing, whereas the Craft paper is used for industrial packaging.
