If KRA status is reflecting as KRA registered incomplete/rejected/on hold then client need to submit dully filled and signed CKYC form to Mirae Asset Sharekhan Branch.
The ReKYC request is processed once the documentation completed, after which Sharekhan informs KRA to update their records. After the KRA has been updated clients must validate KRA using the verification link.
Note : If the email or mobile number mapped with your Sharekhan account is incorrect, Click here to change/update your mobile number or email id online with minimal effort.

1. Visit cvlkra.com.
2. Click on KYC inquiry.
3. Enter PAN , input the captcha , and click Submit to fetch the status.
4.To identify the KYC Registration Agency (KRA) with which your KYC is registered, check the KRA and KYC Status column.

As per SEBI guidelines, KYC Registration Agencies (KRA) are responsible for validating clients' KYC details as per their records before September 02, 2023 (Extended from August 18, 2023. (SEBI), (CDSL).
Verification of mobile number and email with the KYC registration agency (KRA) is mandatory as per SEBI regulations by September 02, 2023. If the details are not verified, trading will be blocked in your account. If your details are already verified, it will take 5 days for it to be updated on the KRA record.

KRA means KYC Registration Agency, It is an authority supervised by SEBI which uploads KYC(Know Your Client) of clients to a central database.
The purpose of KRA was to form a central record of all client KYC’s which facilitated the client in a way that the client needn’t submit the KYC documents all over again.
