Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on 21st April, 1995 with its Registered Office at Junagadh and Corporate Office at Ahmedabad. The Company is already engaged in the business of construction of commercial and residential complexes in and around Ahmedabad. The main objects of the Company are to erect and construct residential and commercial complexes, to act as builders, contractors, engineers and architects as well as developers of land, estate, properties, etc. The Company has already completed five such projects (measuring 2,50,000 Sq. Fts) and at present having five such projects on hand as organiser and two projects as contractors (measuring 4,38,000 Sq. Fts.) DETAILS OF THE PROJECTS COMPLETED The promoters have successfully completed the following projects under their supervision and control.
