Indian indices-

Indian stock markets rebounded on September 25, 2026, recovering from the previous session's sharp decline as value buying across key sectors lifted investor sentiment and supported a broad-based recovery. The Sensex advanced 315.20 points, or 0.43%, to 73,895.74, while the Nifty gained 77.40 points, or 0.34%, to close at 23,140.50.

Rupee closed at 95.81/$ Vs Thursday’s close of 95.96/$.

Buzzing stocks on BSE-

1. Vascon Engineers gained 3.84% to Rs. 34.60, on Rs. 660 crore order from Qualcomm India.

2. Welspun Corp advanced 5.02% to Rs. 2,829.90, after US arm wins record $412.5 million contract.

3. LCC Projects surged 3.40% to Rs. 148.90, after the company emerged as the lowest bidder (L-1) for a Rs 653.34-crore irrigation project in Rajasthan.
