We are happy to announce that we have reorganised our Human Resources (HR) department to create a more agile governance across the department. The reorganisation has been done in a way to ensure that the senior most HR professionals of the team focus on delivering the business-critical priorities with rigour and on partnering with various stakeholders more effectively.
The below information would be helpful for everyone to understand the key stakeholders for the various HR functions, and more specifically also for their Departments/Network locations. The below organization structure will also be useful to understand the escalation matrix for the different HR functions.
