Terms and conditions for participating in the activity

• I, the undersigned, hereby state that:
• I am volunteering on my own accord to participate in the Activity and no inducement or remuneration has been offered to me for participation in this Activity.
• I have read guidelines issued by the organizers of the Activity & advisory issued by BNP Paribas and its affiliates.
• I confirm that I have fully acquainted myself & understand the potential risks of participating in such activity.
• For the purposes of this Form, an “affiliate” shall include any subsidiary or holding company of BNP Paribas.
• I hereby undertake and accept all risks associated with the Activity and take full responsibility for my safety, travel, health and actions at the event and will not hold responsible, BNP Paribas and its affiliates or the organizers or any of the staff acting on their behalf for any injury/loss including any untoward incidents or medical exigencies.
• I hereby expressly and freely authorise BNP Paribas and its affiliates, to use my image, as it appears in the photographs and video recordings taken during the period of Activity, for all methods of internal and external communication, excluding advertising, without any consideration or approval, throughout the world. I further declare that the reproduction, distribution and utilization of my image or video are done with my consent, and do not infringe on my privacy nor prejudice my interests.
• I understand that my obligation to abide by the policies of BNP Paribas and its affiliates, in particular the BNP Paribas Group Code of Conduct, is an ongoing one, and that BNP Paribas can take suitable action in case of any violation of such policies.
• I further agree and undertake that I will not indulge in any unethical acts or practice which is against the interests of BNP Paribas or which are illegal and not in conformity with the policies and practices of BNP Paribas.
