Service Description

Our 24/7 Emergency Response Service identified as RED911 provides ambulance at the doorstep, on-demand, at a pan India level. Air ambulance transfers are also arranged as part of this service - bed to bed case management from one city to another.

Service Execution

In order to avail of this service, please call on 1800 120 03 80 which will be answered as “Hello, this is RED911 for BNP Paribas. How can I help?”

The activated service can be availed in the following cities: Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune & Ahmedabad.

The calls will be answered in under 30 seconds for the majority of cases and requests raised by the employees/clients will be put into action instantly.

The agents answering the calls understand the detailed requirement i.e medical condition(COVID or Non-COVID, etc) to carry out the triaging, the pick-up location, any other consideration, etc, and assign the best-suited ambulance for the case with all the necessary add-ons to ensure a safe and convenient ride for the patient to the hospital.

The agents also help in identifying and suggesting the nearest hospitals in case the patient doesn’t have any preference. Once the pick-up and drop locations are finalized the ambulance is dispatched within 4 minutes to pick up the patient.

Once all the detail has been collected by the agents, they inform the patient/attender the charges for the trip. And only after receiving a confirmation, the booking is made in the system. And the on-ground execution takes place.

The patient/attender receives real-time updates on ambulance ETA, which is under 45 minutes for Non COVID cases and under 60 minutes for COVID cases for the majority of the cases. Once the ambulance reaches the location, the patient is carefully boarded onto the ambulance and with utmost care driven to the hospital.

For COVID cases, given the complexitiesinvolved in terms of adhering to the SOP (PPE kit, disinfection of the ambulance, etc) and bed allocation (where we support the patients on demand), we appreciate an hour of intimation before serving the case and once both the components are in place, the case will be served in <60 minutes for the majority of cases.
  5. [No Language Barrier] The assistance center can answer calls in over 7 languages: Hindi, English, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Oriya, etc.
