As your employer, your safety and well-being is our primary concern during this unprecedented health crisis. Consequently, we are introducing the facility of Ambulance Services offered by Stanplus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Stanplus). This service seeks to provide employees and their dependents access to emergency ambulance services through a dedicated toll-free number, subject to availability of ambulance. The facility is currently available in eight cities of India and we are working with the vendor to explore adding more locations to the list.

The fees for the ambulance service will be borne by the employee and shall be paid directly to the service provider. The same can be reimbursed from your medical insurance policy to the extent allowed under the cover applicable to you.

For employees located across the eighth cities (Mumbai, Delhi–NCR, Chennai, Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad), Stanplus offers:

• On-demand 24/7 medical emergency response service
• A dedicated toll-free number for all BNP Paribas entities in India (1800 120 03 80)
• Access to both Cardiac and Non-Cardiac (including COVID-19) ambulances
• A dedicated call centre to enable dispatch of an ambulance:
  • non-COVID emergency ambulance within 30 to 45 minutes
  • for COVID cases, given the complexities involved in terms of adhering to the SOP (PPE kit, disinfection of the ambulance etc.), will be served between 45 and 60 minutes
• Payment option available to employees: Cash / Net banking / Credit Card. Employees will need to pay the applicable ambulance charges and they can then claim it under the medical hospitalisation policy as per terms and conditions
• Waiting and cancellation charges applicable

For employees located in other cities (apart from the eight cities mentioned above):

• You will continue to be assisted by your local Human Resources (HR) team and your manager on the ground. Please reach out to them in case of any help required regarding ambulance services or any other medical emergency for self and your family members.
