Highlights of the EMF spot incentive scheme

• The EMF spot incentive scheme is applicable for the new clients acquired by the Sales and Onboarding Executives in March and April 2023.
• The participants will be eligible for the incentive only on achieving a minimum EMF utilisation of Rs.50,000 per participant.
• Top five Sales Team Managers and the top two Onboarding Team Managers to achieve a minimum EMF utilisation of Rs.7 lakh will also be eligible for the incentive scheme.
