Only critical employees allowed to work from office till end of October 2021

August 27, 2021

Dear All,

As you all are aware, the covid19 cases in Mumbai have doubled in the last couple of weeks and are alarmingly indicating towards an upcoming third wave. The festive season may just add to the numbers as has been the case in the past months in some states. Looking at the drastic and adverse change in the situation, the management has decided to take a cautious route and postpone the scheduled opening up of head office by at least 2 months. We will take a stock of the situation towards the end of October 2021 and decide on the next steps. The already identified critical employees will continue to be working from office and follow the laid down protocols.

We had through our below email requested HODs to send in the team details who will be attending the office from September 6, 2021. In the wake of the changed ground reality we request you to ignore the mail as we will continue with the status quo of having minimum number of employees work from office. All the current protocols will continue to be applied for each employee entering the office. Accordingly, we request all employees to co-operate with the admin team and adhere to all protocols as below:

  • Maintain social distancing at all times
  • Wear masks at all times
  • Self-declaration on good health
  • Self-driven employees preferred to work from office
  • Split team approach
  • Department Heads and Team Managers should try and have virtual team meetings through blue jeans or webex. It is advisable to avoid coming to the office premises just to have team meetings.

We request the HODs to please send in the access request in critical and important cases only and promote work from home in all possible cases.

Thank you.
