The Pride Committee drives the LGBT+ support agenda of the BNPP India Foundation, in Sharekhan. The responsibility of the Pride Committee members is to be actively involved in organising activities and events to support the LGBT+ community within the organisation. We are pleased to inform you that five new members have joined the Sharekhan Pride Committee.

The agenda of Sharekhan Pride Committee
- It helps in planning and executing various events to raise awareness about the LGBT+ topics
- It drives the LGBT+ support agenda of Sharekhan
- It helps create a more inclusive culture in Sharekhan
- It ensures that the organisation is considered as an employer of choice by the LGBT+ community.
Sharekhan Pride Committee is part of the Pride Network, which is an internal network of BNP Paribas India employees who identify themselves as members of the LGBT+ community or are supporters of the same, ie are allies.
