Gender equality is at the core of a sustainable society, and is everyone’s responsibility. At BNP Paribas, we have recognized this imperative and have displayed our support at the highest levels of leadership.
In fact, our CEO Jean-Laurent Bonnafe is amongst the select group of global ambassadors for the United Nations’ HeForShe campaign, which aims to bring together men from across the world to further gender equality and women’s rights.
In line with this, we are pleased to announce the launch of BNP Paribas India MALE ALLIES Network. Men have a vital role to play in creating a more balanced and inclusive workplace by supporting gender representation at all levels in the organization.
