New look ID cards for Sherus coming soon Send us your photo against a white background

We request you to share a recent coloured photo of yours against a white background by August 24, 2023. We have redesigned the identity (ID) cards and lanyards for the employees of Sharekhan and need your photo to print a new ID card for you. The initiative is part of our ongoing transformation journey and the new look ID card will reflect our shared identity as members of the Sharekhan family better. We look forward to all Sherus proudly wearing the new ID card soon.

What you must know before e-mailing us your photo

  • The photo should be taken against a white background only. This is very important.
  • It should be a recent photo in colour, black-and-white photos will not be accepted.
  • It should be of passport size.
  • It should be of high resolution.
  • It should clearly show your face.
  • Your facial expression should be neutral in the photo.
  • The photo should be saved in jpg/jpeg format only.
  • The photo file name should be: “Employee code – First Name LastName” (example: 434 – Usha Rani)
  • Any scanned copy of an existing photo or a photo clicked using a smart phone (selfie) will not be accepted.
  • You are requested to visit a photo studio to get a digital copy of at least 600Dpi.

If you have not e-mailed your photograph to us yet, please send us your photo as soon as possible at hroperations@sharekhan.com from your personal e-mail ID or official e-mail ID to ensure efficient and timely allocation of the ID cards.

The subject line of your e-mail should be: “New ID card photo: Employee Code - First Name Last Name (Example: New ID card photo: 434 – Usha Rani).

ID card distribution: Once your new ID card is ready, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your official e-mail ID with the schedule for submitting the old ID card and collecting the new ID card.
