We are happy to announce an employee referral programme for the staff of Sharekhan. We are building our Branch Network team in the southern states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Refer candidates for internal job openings in the branches located in these states and earn Rs.8,000 per candidate. The details of the job openings are given below.
Positions open in Andhra Pradesh

Sales Executive

No. of positions: 2
Location: Vijayawada
Responsibilities:

  • Researching prospects and generating leads
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by e-mail and in person
  • Selling products and services of Sharekhan

Requirements:

  • Work experience of up to 5 years preferably in the broking industry (freshers with knowledge of broking will be considered)
  • Graduate or post-graduate in any discipline
Positions open in Telangana

Sales Executive

No. of positions: 5
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:

  • Researching prospects and generating leads
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by e-mail and in person
  • Selling products and services of Sharekhan

Requirements:

  • Work experience of up to 5 years preferably in the broking industry (freshers with knowledge of broking will be considered)
  • Graduate or post-graduate in any discipline

Investment Specialist

No. of positions: 2
Locations: Hyderabad - Ameerpet and Hyderabad - Himayatnagar
Responsibilities:

  • Gathering assets for investment products such as mutual funds, PMS, AIF, Corporate FDs, InvesTiger, SGB, insurance and other products launched from time to time
  • Responsible for growing revenues of broking, lending products and Sharekhan Education products
  • Increasing the AUM, SIP flow and revenue from the mapped book

Requirements:

  • At least four to five years of experience in investment sales
  • Graduate or post-graduate with NISM VA certification

Executive – Franchisee Business Servicing

No. of positions: 1
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:

  • Selling advisory products to Business Partners
  • Organising seminars
  • Giving presentation/training to Business Partners
  • Interacting with Business Partners and making client visits
  • Relationship management with Business Partners
  • Resolve queries related to the products of Sharekhan
  • Meeting the revenue target

Requirements:

  • Work experience of one to four years
  • Graduate or post-graduate with good communication skills and market knowledge

RM – Super Trader

No. of positions: 4
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:

  • Generation of revenue and average daily turnover, asset collection, meeting clients and boosting F&O business
  • Brokerage revenue generation, cross-selling, reactivation and NPS enhancement

Requirements:

  • Work experience of two to six years
  • Graduate or post-graduate with NISM VIII certification

Terms and conditions of the employee referral programme

  1. The programme will not be applicable to:
    • Heads of functions/teams/branches (employees in a managerial/team lead role, recruiting for their own team direct/indirect reportees)
    • Cluster Heads and Group Heads
    • Branch Managers and Branch-in-Charges (recruiting for their own branch)
    • Staff of the HR department
    • Immediate Superior and above hierarchy
    • Employees in M5 and above grades
  2. You are eligible for the applicable reward if the person you refer gets selected and completes three months in the organisation from the date of joining.
  3. Referral payments will not be processed if the validation e-mails are not available.
  4. The employee referral programme is open till November 15, 2023.
