Reasons:
- All managers were asked to monitor the status of the well-being of their team members on a regular basis and report to the Human Resources (HR) team.
- Important contact details of the HR, IT and Administration teams were shared with all employees to help them seek solutions and report escalations or concerns.
Current status:
- We continue to seek information from managers about the well-being of their team members.
- The HR business partners are requested to be in regular touch with the managers and employees they are responsible for.
- A daily update is taken on the employees affected by COVID-19.
- We plan to conduct another lockdown survey this month.

would be interested in availing of counselling services for themselves as well as their family members to deal with anxiety and other related issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. |
Reasons:
- In such unprecedented times uncertainties related to the safety of self, family members, team members, job security etc. could lead to a lot of anxiety and related mental and physical health issues.
- Those employees who are staying away from home or living alone and are in isolation due to the lockdown are more vulnerable to such problems.
Current status:
- A “Doctor on Call” initiative was launched on May 19, 2020 for all employees and their immediate family members.
- We plan to roll out an Employee Assistance Programme for all employees during the lockdown to help them avail of professional counselling services.
- Training programmes on topics related to mental health and physical fitness, such as Stress Management, Being Positive, Yoga and Diet & Nutrition, are being organised in the lockdown.

Reasons:
- The format of the Classroom training modules were modified so that trainings could be conducted virtually.
- Many webinars were conducted on topics focusing on the skill development of employees, such as “Managing Distant Teams with Emotional Intelligence”
- 5,489 employees were trained in the last two months, out of which the unique count of employees trained was 2,029. We clocked 9,914 participation hours in the same period.
- Free and unlimited access to the Pluralsight training platform was given to more than 70% of the employees for a period of two weeks.
Current status:
To help all employees navigate the lockdown we continue to conduct training programmes through webinars on various relevant topics, such as “Ergonomics” and “How to be Time Effective while Working Remotely”.
