We are happy to share with you that the Learning & Development (L&D) division of our Human Resources (HR) department has conducted 25 unique virtual sessions (37 including repeat sessions) on mental health and fitness for Sherus in this year and more than 200 Sherus have participated in them.
We are living and working in challenging times of Corona pandemic. A majority of us are working from home (some in complete isolation), with very less social interactions. On account of social distancing norms, outdoor and indoor exercising at parks, gyms etc is also restricted. Under the circumstances, it is very important to maintain our mental health and stay physically active. Our L&D health and fitness sessions conducted online are just what you need to stay healthy at home. We have many more such activities planned for the future, watch out for them and participate in them to stay physically fit and mentally healthy even in this period of confinement.
