We are pleased to induct you all as CSR Champions of Sharekhan. You have been recognised as a CSR Champion by your manager, who has closely watched your involvement and enthusiastic participation in various corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, both personal and company sponsored.

What is your role as a CSR Champion?

4 key responsibilities of a CSR Champion

  • Actively promote the CSR initiatives of Sharekhan and the BNP Paribas Group in your region
  • Create awareness about and enthusiasm for CSR initiatives amongst employees in your region/department to ensure maximum participation
  • Identify and organise CSR events to drive employee engagement and community interaction
  • Prepare monthly reports and submit to the Sharekhan CSR Committee with recommendations and suggestions for changes

We launched the 1MillionHour2Help programme earlier this year. Though we started with a bang, we have witnessed a sharp decline and a subsequent pause in our CSR activities since March due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are keen to regain the lost momentum and are exploring virtual volunteering activities as well closely monitoring the COVID-10 outbreak situation.

We will soon roll out various virtual volunteering offers for our employees. We bank on your continued support and active engagement to maximise participation in these online CSR activities that can be conducted from home from anywhere in the country.
