On the occasion of International Women’s Day, in collaboration during the CSR Week, MixCity India is pleased to invite you to a talk by
Anu Menon, film director and screenwriter. Anu Menon directed the runaway success Shakuntala Devi starring Vidya Balan in 2020 and the first season of Netflix’s popular Four More Shots Please!

Anu’s career graph though started as any “good student’s” would, a straight A student and choosing engineering as a graduation; life had different plans for her. But the rebel that she is, post her graduation, Anu chose Advertising as a career option. That gave her the taste of the limelight which led her to enroll in the London Film School in 2007 from where she graduated with a rare distinction. Three films old and an Emmy Award nominated series director, Anu talks about her unorthodox career journey, breaking stereotypes and what makes her successful.
