Rupa Balsekar heads the Transaction Banking business for BNP Paribas in India. In her role as Managing Director and Head of Transaction Banking, Rupa has been spearheading BNP Paribas’ efforts in leveraging technology for the benefit of its clients. Under her leadership, Transaction Banking has won several awards and recognitions, including the Transaction Bank of the Year 2020, besides Rupa herself being recognised as Transaction Banker of the year in 2019, by AAA Asset. |

Gauri Gandhi heads Global Trade Finance Operations (GTFO) in India Solutions, involving the offshoring of 20 territories’ Trade business. In her 25 years of experience, Gauri has led large operations teams with global and regional coverage, and also performed global change management and transformation roles. |

It is a network for women employees in the Group’s many business lines and functions. It is a platform for members to share experiences and content with other women and leaders within the organization.
