Some useful resources to help you through a brand new year!
We stayed at home for much of last year. We still work from home in the new year. Mental wellbeing was a focus area for us at BNP Paribas in 2020 and this focus continues!
Given the growing need for professional help to ensure emotional wellbeing, we launched the Employee Assistance Programme last year. This programme offers confidential counselling services to all employees and also access to a range of resources focused on mental health and well-being.
