Campaign related terms and other details

  1. The Sona Chandi contest will be for a period of six months starting July 01, 2020.
  2. There are 3 segments for both RFMs and RAMs. Your eligibility criteria would be based on your segment. You shall receive the details of your segment, the Business Partners mapped under you and your contest targets in a separate e-mail.
  3. On meeting the two eligibility criteria (as mentioned in the launch mailer), the contest qualification criteria will be as follows:

    Category 1 qualification criteria: Net Equalised Lump sum Sales

    1. RFM: One top eligible achiever segment-wise will be the winner on the basis of the highest percentage target achievement of the Net Equalized Sales Lump Sum.
    2. RAM: One top eligible achiever segment-wise will be the winner on the basis of the highest percentage achievement of the Net Equalized Sales Lump Sum.

    Category 2 qualification criteria: Incremental Systematic Investment Plan (SIP)

    1. RFM: One top eligible achiever segment-wise will be the winner on the basis of the highest achievement of the Incremental SIP flow.
    2. RAM: One top eligible achiever segment-wise will be the winner on the basis of the highest achievement of the Incremental SIP flow.
  4. Prizes can be won in either or both categories based on the target achievement. For example, an individual RFM/RAM can qualify under category 1 or category 2 or both categories based on the target achievement of each category.
  5. Scheme credit will be given as per the equalisation credit communicated during the contest period.
  6. No separate business reporting through a SurveyMonkey link is required for the purpose of this contest.
  7. Gross and Net Equalised Sales and incremental SIP flow for the purpose of the contest eligibility criteria will be calculated on the basis of the franchisees mapped to each RFM or RAM.
  8. Equalisation for Net Sales credit will apply for inflows (purchases, switch-ins and AUM transfer-ins via broker code changes) as well as outflows (ie redemptions, switch-outs and AUM transfer-ins via broker code changes).
  9. Flexi-SIPs will be considered as part of lump sum transactions.
  10. All rewards will be subject to the decisions of the management of the company.

Logic of Business Partners Distribution:

  • All Business Partners commenced between 01/07/2019 ando 30/06/2020 are considered as new and mapped to RFMs. The Business Partners to commence between July 1 and December 31, 2020 will also be mapped under the respective RFMs for considering the contest business.
  • The Business Partners whose business was closed and who reopened under another name have been allotted to the old RFM/RAM notwithstanding the June 2019 criteria and the target/business done under that code will be added to the old RFM/RAM only.
  • Business Partners falling in the Silver category have been mapped to RFMs.
  • Platinum, Gold and Aspirant Business Partners have been mapped under their respective RAMs.
  • We have created RFM RAM segments for the purpose of the contest and the topper from each segment will be rewarded.
