May 27, 2021 Dear all, Our thoughts are with all of you and your family members who have been impacted by COVID-19. Several of you have reached out to your managers and HR Business Partners (HRBP) seeking assistance in finding hospital beds, ambulance services, reaching out to the local authorities etc. This has also meant that many of you contact multiple people in times of need. To simplify this effort, we are introducing a COVID SUPPORT HELPDESK, which will be your single point of contact for support and coordination on various aspects when you or your family is affected. Your HRBP will extend support as required jointly with the helpdesk. This facility is currently available for employees located in eight cities (Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi – National Capital Region, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune). For all other cities, the process of seeking assistance from the HRBPs and local managers continue.
