The corporate identification number is U74110MH2001PLC133050. Major Events and Milestones 2001 - Incorporation of the Company as `Axis Resources Private Limited' - Buyout of the then 100% total paid-up equity share capital of the Company by the existing Promoter, Pankaj Vyas from the then existing Promoter of the Company. 2016 - Change in name of the Company from `Axis Resources Private Limited' to `SecUR Credentials Private Limited' - Became India partners for Background Check activity for one of the largest US-based background check service providers. - The Company became a member of the APAC Chapter of the US-based National Association of Professional Background Screeners. - Became exclusive India partner for ClearStar Inc., a large Background Check service provider based in the United States of America. - Nipa Modi, one of the Key Managerial Personnel got elected as Chairperson of the Global Advisory Committee of the US-based National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). 2017 - Conversion of the Company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company. 2022 -Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 110:100. 2023 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 3:1.
